WIMMERA SERIES 4 – Organ Pipes Mt Arapiles by Suzy Strout
Working on a series of paintings looking at the flat, dry, semi-desert and farming areas of the Wimmera in western Victoria, especially in and around Mt Arapiles has given me the chance to re-explore childhood haunts..
The organ –pipes are a familiar and majestic sight as you follow the track up from the camp ground and a well known rock climbing area.
